Seeking a senior technical project manager to manage non-profit large, complex transformation projects. Responsibilities

• The individual will ensure alignment with the client organization to effectively deliver programs and projects defined by the Statement of Work.
• Represent the company as its advocate during the engagement process
• Develop and manage technical projects and complex software development architecture, and integration projects from concept to launch working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Align with project management and/or lead a project team (architects, technical consultants, engineers, etc.) through all phases of project execution, including managing multiple stakeholders, requirements traceability, issue tracking, and change management.
• Promote effective project management practices and processes within the team; develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, budgets, issues, risks, and issues tracking logs; participate in project risk assessments, and mitigation strategies; perform root cause analysis; and provide closure on issues and risks
• Monitor progress on multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to resource manage for all projects and ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful completion of projects
• Constantly interact with management to ensure their needs and requirements are met
• Serve as an interface with client and internal business teams with respect to business problems, issues and opportunities within the framework of the business requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate project status and results
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Manage and prioritize multiple customer requests, helping to provide and maintain solutions to meet business needs
• Continuously track project statuses, resolving obstructions (resource constraints, requirement ambiguity, staff constraint, etc.), and communicating ongoing progress to stakeholders, and suggesting changes to guarantee optimal use of the company’s resources.
• Utilize critical and strategic thinking to effectively manage a technical portfolio of projects and recommend process improvements to achieve optimal project outcomes.

Formal Education & Certification

• Bachelor's degree with a technical discipline or equivalent experience 10+ years related experience and/or training
• PMP preferred, but not required
• CSM preferred, but not required

Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Agile Methodology, Waterfall, and Hybrid, SDLC
• 5+ years’ proven experience in technical program management
• Technical Project Management experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand program requirements.(Enterprise Level Experience is plus)
• Experience overseeing multiple large-scale technical projects
• Ability to problem-solve, understand technology, and function effectively under pressu
