Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. We value user satisfaction and work on policies, rules and systems to ensure quality.

As the Product Quality Program Manager, you will be part of a team consisting of policy managers, investigation ops, and program managers to drive cross-functional collaboration in the design and management of projects to ensure balance between growth and sustainability of the platform in each market.

What You'll Do
- Maintain marketplace listing quality through several mechanisms including, but not limited to authenticity checks with 3rd party databases focusing on quality and safety assessment, test-buy program, and product detail page quality.
- Design and optimize product catalog requirements and listing policies related to various product categories available for sale through TTS, including Shoptab.
- Drive product quality inspection programs to mitigate risks and launch enforcement strategies targeting product quality related consumer experience issues to ensure a safe and trustworthy shopping experience for customers
- Establish processes and investigational framework to identify emerging abuses or risk vectors
- Collaborate with global teams to drive key metric improvements in areas related to listing qualification, high risk product categories and products, and PR/legal risks.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in consumer product quality, compliance or regulatory research fields.
- Research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown.
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements.
- Experience acting as a program manager and collaborating with XFN teams to drive end results.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with lab techniques, sample coordination, and data analysis and interpretation

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $91200 - $206171 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​
