Technical Supervisor HVAC

Responsibilities

• Assess technical strengths and areas for improvement among HVAC or plumbing field associates.

• Deliver hands-on and classroom-based training programs focused on:

  • Safety protocols

  • Technical skills and certifications

  • Goettl-specific operational procedures

  • Professional appearance and uniform standards

• Conduct ongoing field assessments and feedback sessions.

• Create and manage learning paths for employee development and advancement.

• Track training results and compliance with regulations and safety standards.

• Stay current on industry trends, building codes, and best practices.

• Lead monthly safety meetings and training sessions at the branch level.

Here's what you need to discuss:

• 5+ years of HVAC or plumbing field experience.

• Strong understanding of traditional and modern training methods (workshops, simulations, e-learning, coaching).

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with MS Office and other business communication tools.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.

• Experience delivering structured training programs.

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.

• Collaborative coaching and mentoring style.
