Lead Technical Program Manager, Security and Technology Risk Management

What you’ll be responsible for:

As part of the Security and Technology Risk Management team, you will support the day-to-day management and operation of the team’s program, including detailed project plans. The goal of this function is to partner closely with the team members and Scrum Masters in the team to develop programmatic reporting and detailed management of the team’s initiatives.  This function will manage the vendors and engagements tied to these efforts for a streamlined and complete programmatic view of project planning, budget and risks.

What you'll work on:

• Exciting efforts across the Security and Technology Risk Management function, including enterprise security tooling, process development and application/product security.  You will be exposed to many internal security efforts along with product security initiatives.
• Partner with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and leadership to drive a holistic and transparent view of the program, spending and upcoming milestones.  Work closely with leaders to identify change management efforts to plan for employee-impacting changes meaningfully.
• Work closely with Finance to manage budget requests and proactively manage risk and opportunities. Create impactful supporting narratives for budgetary/headcount requests with the team.
• Proactively identify areas of focus for increased staffing needs and work to manage the balance of high growth and limited resources creatively.
• Work closely with regulatory and technology risk functions to incorporate internal and external audits and exams to manage team capacity and commitments.
• Work closely with the CISO to develop digestible, transparent and continuous updates to the board of directors.

What you'll bring to Circle:

• 7+ years managing programs and projects for Security or Technology in a regulated industry, such as financial services, payments or technology (growth) company.
• Experience in establishing dynamic programs using SCRUM and other methodologies.  Successful individuals must have experience in Security (preferred) or Technology based projects and programs.
