Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for successfully managing an array of project management efforts, Quality Assurance and business relationship services that span across DHSMV and other entities. The resource will also provide oversight and management to the Business Relationship Services Group, Quality Assurance and Service Management and will be responsible for the effective collaboration and communication with other divisions for their IT business needs. Additionally, this resource will coordinate annual strategic initiatives for ISA.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient using MS Project and/or other PM related tools.
- Experience with an enterprise project management system preferred.
- Proficient using Visio and other process documentation tools.
- Proficiency in project management principles, methods, techniques and tools for the effective management of projects from initiation through implementation, as demonstrated through formal certification from a recognized project management professional organization, e.g., PMI.
- Ability to effectively lead and motivate people.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity; Software development knowledge.
- Experience in leading and supervising people.
- Strong organization and planning skills.
- Process development, implementation and improvement skills.
