Job Description

We are looking for an HR Manager. You will be a part of the international team within the HR Department of Devexperts.

You will be responsible for the HR Operations at the Porto R&D Center, and will have a small local HR team reporting to you.

You will also work closely with HR, Finance, Legal, IT teams as well as coordinate local HR agenda with HR excellence centers of the group (C&B, Recruitment, Employee Branding, Learning).

We will expect you to:

• contribute to the company strategy and development of HR metrics
• contribute to the growth and improvement of the HR function globally
• work closely with the CEO Portugal in all HR-related topics for the Portuguese labor market
• audit existing processes, make suggestions and implement improvements when decided
• monitor the DEI and contribute to positive working environment
• develop and enforce company policies
• own budgeting process
• manage and motivate local HR team
• handle employee relations cases
• participate in relocation process
• collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal teams on employee-related issues;
• update internal knowledgebase
• work on cross-department projects
• represent Devexperts Porto at events
• deal with vendors and external stakeholders
• communicate with authorities and agencies

Qualifications

• at least 6 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in an IT company
• Portuguese and English Languages, (Russian as a plus)
• practical knowledge of Portuguese Labor law and key accounting principles
• proficient MS office user
• proactivity and people skills
• project Management skills
• ability to Multitask and prioritize
