We are currently looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) based in Blieskastel on a permanent contract for the functions Finance, GRiBS and Legal.
In your role as HR Business Partner, you will take an active part in achieving the Group´s ambition by supporting the business leaders (Heads of the various departments) in the implementation of their strategic projects and by supporting or deploying the HR projects and initiatives led by the CoE. You will also be responsible for the deployment of Group HR processes and tools in a growing international organization. You will provide HR support to managers to facilitate the achievement of their operational objectives.
Your mission
- Drive and support the company´s strategic projects as a real HR Business Partner and to provide the vision and insights required to implement organizational projects
- Provide support to managers on all HR related topics by deploying the annual HR calendar, always ensuring that HR actions are aligned with the company’s strategy
- Implement and deploy HR guidelines and Group HR processes such as recruitment and competence development and strategic talent reviews
- Act as an internal consultant and coach on HR related topics and contribute to strengthening the change of the culture at Hager
- Actively contribute to the standardisation, optimisation and formalisation of HR processes in collaboration with the HR teams and in line with the Quality system in place
Your profile
- Business school degree (HR specialization), University degree in Business Management / HR / Law or similar background
- At least 5-7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role and in managing HR projects in an international environment, ideally with experience in organizational design and process improvement
- Fluent English (spoken & written) B2 level minimum. Knowledge of German would be a plus (French would be a plus – in Germany)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP HR and SuccessFactors
- Ability to understand strategic issues to give vision and meaning to action
- Business and results orientation
- Analytical and methodical approach to issues
- Leadership skills. Ability to engage teams
- Autonomy and initiative to move things forward
- Impactful and assertive communication adapting to the needs of various stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills, ability to solve problems and negotiate
- Travel required 1 - 4 days per month on average
