Then Emma is the right place for you. <h3>What you will do:</h3> <ul> <li>Join the Retail leadership team and co-steer Emma’s 1st steps in the omnichannel sphere</li><li>Drive and deliver, with help of your team, the launch of new owned and operated Emma Retail stores across Europe</li><li>Help improve internal processes involved in launching new stores with help of the Head of Retail Growth</li><li>Challenge, help build store launch business cases together with your team and present them to key internal stakeholders</li><li>Partner with internal and external partners to assure the successful entry of the world’s largest online Sleep company into physical retail</li><li>Based on the learning of the 1st scaling phase, help design the new wave of scaling</li><li>Lead and develop your team members </li><li>Be an inspirational example for your team members by high performance and shown leadership</li></ul> <h3>Who we're looking for:</h3> <ul> <li>More than 3 years of experience in Project Management or Business Development</li><li>Strong people skills, incl. experience leading a team individual contributors</li><li>Experience in a 0-1 business environment, meaning understanding how to learn from industry examples as well as having a key-eye where to speed-up processes</li><li>You can combine an entrepreneurial mindset with strong empathic skills to find solutions/improvements, and be resilient to drive your projects until the end, successfully and on time</li><li>Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, self-reliance and a structured way of working</li><li>You love to organize and coordinate things yourself, roll up your sleeves and take things on the road independently</li><li>You are passionate, self-confident, and have no problem approaching others openly</li><li>You are fluent in English (Other languages are a plus!)</li><li>A completed degree in, Business Administration, or Marketing in a university is a plus</li></ul> <h3>What we offer</h3> <ul> <li>A combination of personal and company growth to accelerate your career and help you reach your goals.</li><li>The chance to work on exciting and challenging projects either independently or as part of a dedicated, international team.</li><li>Responsibility and decision-making authority from day one—you'll create an impact with new, innovative ideas and help shape our company DNA.</li><li>To work and learn from experts in diverse fields and get to know your team members at exciting company events.</li></ul>Become an Emmie<br/>Emma is transforming the world of sleep - and we want the highest-performing people to help us pull it off.
