Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis sessions.
- Assess and evaluate demand patterns, recurring requests, and feasibility against technical capabilities and constraints.
- Categorize and prioritize IT requests by urgency, complexity, business impact, and strategic alignment.
- Maintain and manage the IT demand pipeline, balancing competing priorities and resolving resource conflicts.
- Develop user guides, process documentation, and self-service resources for stakeholders.
- Implement automated feedback collection and analysis procedures.
- Create workflows for continuous improvement and track enhancements.
- Complete daily reporting activities and support leadership with performance metrics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Preferred: Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP), Business Analysis (CBAP), or IT Service Management (ITIL).
- 7+ years of combined IT and business experience.
- 3+ years in business analysis, project management, or IT planning roles.
- Experience engaging with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong background in both technical and business environments.
- Knowledge of IT frameworks (ITIL, COBIT), project management methodologies, and business analysis techniques.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems architecture, financial management, and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis, demand management, and performance reporting.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Strong communication skills—able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple projects, and drive strategic initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence decision-making without direct authority.
- High adaptability, initiative, and commitment to continuous improvement.
