As a Program Manager, you will be a critical team member responsible for successful planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives. You will be tasked with managing medium to large sized cross-functional programs to support our Customer Operations strategic direction. What You'll Do:

As a Program Manager, you are responsible for developing and executing comprehensive project plans and documentation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholders. This role involves overseeing end-to-end program execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing resources efficiently, addressing risks, and driving continuous improvement through analysis and process enhancement initiatives.
  • Program Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Oversee the end-to-end execution of programs, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set expectations. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing issues to keep programs on track.
  • Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet program goals and timelines. Work closely with team members to optimize productivity and performance.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular status reports and communicate key program metrics to leadership. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze program performance and identify opportunities for process improvement. Drive initiatives to enhance program management methodologies and best practices.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or related field; Certification in project/program management is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience managing programs, with a proven track record of successfully completing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence effectively, lead, and motivate diverse cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter who thrives on problem-solving, ambiguity, and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willing to teach or coach others on the team.
