The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a(n) Export Customer Svc Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Managing orders utilizing SAP, COMS (Corporate Order Management System) and Salesforce databases.
- Work directly with manufacturing locations, DCs, division supply chain, and freight forwarders to ensure the timely export of orders.
- Understands and supports the export rules and regulations to comply with US Export Regulatory policies and procedures for international shipments.
- Manage enquires direct from customers regarding product availability, order status, expedites, etc.
- Follow up on escalations, delays, and transportation issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and/or processes.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED AND (3) years of customer service experience in a private, governmental or public environment.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in export transactions
Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments
High proficiency using PC based applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience working on cross-functional and international teams
Salesforce, SAP and COMS experience
Initiates, leads, and implements the process of problem identification and resolution
