Your Career
The Manager, Automation & Consulting, Prisma Cloud, is responsible for leading the Prisma Cloud Professional Services Automation and Consulting team for North America. Responsible for identifying target opportunities, qualifying program pipeline, and being the face of Palo Alto Networks to the Prisma Cloud customer base. You’ll work closely with prospects and partners as a subject-matter sales expert to demonstrate how a proposed solution meets and exceeds customer requirements and in quarterbacking win strategies that utilize your engineers and customer surround team to drive automation and cyber security consulting to integrate the Prisma Cloud product into the customers eco-system. This is a Manager position with up to 15 Direct reports and scaling.

Your Impact
- Ability to lead requirement gathering discussions and effectively communicate the solution to prospective Customers
- Develop and deliver high quality custom applications that meet or exceed Customer expectations
- Contribute to internal code repositories to continuously improve overall code quality for the team
- Provide high quality documentation of the delivered solutions
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with Customers
- Assist in scoping and providing level of effort for new projects
- Assist in creation of new service offerings that address commonly occurring automation and integration challenges
- Train subcontractors and maintain strong relationships with partners
- Manage resources to deliver high quality service projects
- Calculate Profit, Loss, utilization and report to upper leadership
- Ensure the team consistently delivers revenue requirements
- Monitor and report on sales bookings to upper leadership
Qualifications
Your Impact
- 5+ years leading teams of 10+ technical security consultants
- 7+ years of building Internet security solutions for enterprise customers
- Strong technical knowledge of Internet security concepts and implementations/products
- Demonstrated leadership and team building capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Security certifications such as CISSP and or others
- Graduate degree (MBA or Master of Engineering) or undergraduate degree in a technical field (EE, CE, etc.) or equivalent military experience required
- Strong understanding of security principals, vulnerability management, and industry best practices
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms, preferably Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS
