What will you be doing:  

• You will have full ownership of the ideation, development, and execution of the selection process for the 4 graduate programmes we have in Zone Europe. 
• Coordination of the (graduate) recruitment process with our people organisation and business and providing regular status of selection progress 
• Management of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) team dedicated to our graduate programmes 
• On-and offsite support for graduate selection events (ABI Days and Final Panels) together with the RPO team, ensuring smooth and professional execution for participants and assessors  
• From a system point of view, you ensure that the Recruitment process in Workday is further optimized with a candidate/hiring manager-centric approach 
• Product owner of 3rd party assessment tools (Cognisess, TopScore) 
• Assistance in day-to-day management of the full recruitment scope in Zone Europe: participating and leading process improvement projects, coordination of zone actions to increase visibility on open positions 

What you will bring:  

• Fluency in English (C1 or better)
• Confidence since this role has very heavy stakeholder management with VPs to coordinate interview panels. You will also handle vendor management with external stakeholders regarding the assessment tools
• Detail oriented and able to work under time constraints
• Motivated mindset and taking ownership to troubleshoot challenges in the moment
• Good knowledge of Excel, PivotTables and PowerBI
• Process improvement mindset to see opportunities to drive change
• Recruitment background is a plus, especially experience in bulk hiring or running/coordinating an Assessment Center
