Due to continuous growth and expansion, Pharmathen Pharmaceuticals offers a great opportunity for career development and is seeking to attract a Product Information Officer to join our Regulatory Affairs team at Pharmathen’s Marousi premises.

As a Product Information Officer you will coordinate the preparation & finalization process of Product Information texts (Summaries of Products’ Characteristics /Patient Information leaflets and outer cartons) and ensure that they are according to the relevant guidelines.

More particularly:

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and implement changes to the products’ information texts (Patient Information Leaflets, Summaries of Products Characteristics, labelling) labelling
  • Review the artwork documentation to ensure that it is compliant with products’ information texts and current legislation
  • Coordinate PIL readability testing with consultants
  • Coordinate preparation of package leaflet according to SPC and/or readability guidelines
  • Keep up breast of readability and SPC /PIL guidelines
  • Respond to all DLs on product information and readability testing questions with strict deadlines
  • Participate in t/c and/or meetings with the regulatory authorities, clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Pharmacy, Biology
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical area
