It is the Coordinator of Events & Programs' responsibility to support Soccer Shots programming and to improve programming in the entire territory. Coordinator of Events & Programs is responsible for:
Working Schedule: Between seasons (approximately 12 weeks of the year), expected working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Two working evenings are required each season along with Saturday morning work hours seasonally. Occasionally, there are events that may take place on a weekend or evening. These will be shared among the team and hours will be arranged to cover these.
During seasons, expected working hours are will vary. We will work with you to coordinate your schedule as early as possible. However, there are always last minute changes and adjustments so some flexibility is needed. Start weeks, make up dates, special events, etc. are times when flexible hours and schedules are required.
Working Location:
Must work from the established office during working hours, unless approved to be working in the “field”. Must meet at least once/weekly with supervisor. At times, position is required to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment.
Role/Classification:
The job description above is a full time position requiring approximately 40 hours of work per week. During busy seasons, it may be necessary to work additional hours to meet deadlines and goals.
