Job Description:

Responsibilities: 

Lead Development Team: 

• Manage and mentor a team of developers
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive team success

Custom Salesforce Development: 

• Oversee the development and maintenance of our custom application, Pulse, built on top of Salesforce
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and are scalable and maintainable

Robotic Process Automation (RPA): 

• Lead RPA initiatives using tools like Actian and explore opportunities with Microsoft Automation tools
• Streamline business processes and improve efficiency through automation

Integrations and Data Management: 

• Oversee integrations between Salesforce, Workday, our data warehouse, and external client data feeds
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems

AI Projects and Innovation: 

• Drive the planning and execution of upcoming AI projects
• Collaborate with AI specialists to integrate AI solutions into our technology stack

Strategic Planning: 

• Collaborate with senior management to develop technology strategies aligned with corporate goals
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of innovation

Project Management: 

• Plan, execute, and finalize development projects within scope, schedule, and budget
• Communicate project progress to stakeholders and manage expectations

Technical Leadership: 

• Provide architectural guidance and technical expertise across all development efforts
• Establish best practices and standards for software development and integrations

Requirements: 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 10 years in software development with significant experience in Salesforce development
• Proven track record of leading and managing development teams

Technical Skills: 

• Expertise in Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools such as Actian and Microsoft Power Automate, or other
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, middleware, and data synchronization between systems
• Familiarity with AI technologies and implementing AI-driven solutions
