We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving Wellness Coordinator to join our team at The Joint Chiropractic!

This is not your typical front desk job.

Our Wellness Coordinators are referred to as our Office Managers and are the heartbeat of our clinics. You’re often the first smile a patient sees, the person who helps them understand their options, and an important part of creating an experience that makes people want to come back- and tell their friends and family about us.

What You'll Do

As a Wellness Coordinator, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment a patient walks through our doors.

You will:

• Greet every patient with warmth, energy, and genuine care
• Help new patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident in choosing our clinic
• Educate patients on our wellness plans, packages, and membership options
• Confidently communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care
• Support clinic goals for new patients, memberships, retention, and growth
• Check patients in, process payments, answer phones, and maintain accurate patient information
• Build relationships with patients and help keep them engaged in their care
• Partner closely with our doctors to create a seamless patient experience
• Ask for referrals and help more people in our community discover chiropractic
• Keep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and ready for patients
• Participate in community outreach and local marketing efforts
• Jump in, help your teammates, and take ownership when something needs to get done

Sales, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, retail, or other customer-facing experience is a plus- but attitude, energy, reliability, and the ability to connect with people matter just as much to us.

Our clinics are open:

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
