SUMMARY:
The Program Administrator is responsible for developing and expanding programs for clients of the Cypress Branch, providing excellent service and resources to key direct accounts and Agency partners.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop, communicate, implement, support, and monitor the strategic business plans, ensuring excellent service and resource development
- Implement, manage, and monitor the program planning and budgeting process, ensuring effective use of resources and results
- Collaborate with support staff and monitor company relationships, commitments, and take advantage of company programs and services
- Execute and renew all agency contracts, ensuring compliance and maximizing contingency income
- Drive the team effort of companies, risk management services, and agency partners
- Maintain long-term, high-quality relationships with carriers
- Service key direct accounts of INSURICA and Agency Partners
- Perform public relations duties, as necessary, in the community and within the industry
- Participate in agency/branch-related projects, as assigned by the management
- Stay informed about market trends, company information, agency automation, and other operating techniques
- Perform all actions relating to customers and companies in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissions
- Participate in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill development

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to influence others
- Ability to travel, both locally and overnight, up to 50%
- Effective organizational skills, with the ability to effectively and efficiently respond to client requests
- Ability to effectively assess and execute detailed written or verbal instructions containing multiple variables
- Ability to anticipate issues in advance, assess related variables, and make effective decisions for both clients and the branch
- Strong technical knowledge and experience with complex insurance and risk management issues
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing priority environment
- Ability to maximize staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; encouraging and supporting professional development; coordinating and ensuring effective utilization of systems; ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Self-motivated, with the initiative to prioritize and be self-directed
- Regular and punctual attendance is required
