•    Develop and maintain advanced dashboards and reports to support business reviews and performance tracking across regions, verticals, and accounts.
•    Lead sales forecasting activities by analyzing historical trends, market dynamics, and business seasonality; collaborate with sales leaders on pipeline reviews and quota setting.
•    Segment customers based on demographic, geographic, and behavioral characteristics to improve sales targeting and resource allocation.
•    Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and support targeted campaigns aimed at specific customer segments.
•    Identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in the sales process and recommend system or process improvements to enhance productivity and consistency.
•    Drive automation of recurring sales reporting and maintain data integrity across CRM platforms and analytics systems.
•    Support the sales team with the preparation of sales presentations and materials tailored to client needs.
•    Present findings and strategic insights to executive leadership in a concise and persuasive manner.
•    Mentor junior analysts and team members, promoting best practices in data analysis, storytelling, and strategic reporting.
