Quality Inspector

Precision inspection of products, components and materials to ensure they meet specified quality standards and customer requirements.

Record and report inspection results in a clear and concise manner, including any nonconformities or deviations from quality standards.

Work with production team to solve quality problems and propose improvement suggestions.

Assist in developing and maintaining quality control procedures and protocols.

Monitor and enforce compliance with quality standards and regulations, including ISO requirements or industry-specific standards.

Identify and resolve quality related issues and take corrective action if necessary.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that no quality issues are overlooked.

Communicate effectively with team members and management on quality issues, progress, and suggestions for improving quality.

Promote a safety culture and ensure compliance with company safety policies in all quality inspection activities.

Ensure the reliability and integrity of the quality control process by following established work schedules and participating in overtime to meet deadlines when necessary.

Requirements

Fluent in Chinese and English

High school diploma or equivalent; Additional points will be awarded for having an education or certification related to quality control.

At least 2 years quality control experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment.

Familiarity with ISO standards or other relevant quality management systems is a plus.

Strong problem solving skills, ability to make decisions to solve quality problems.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Ability to work in a team and collaborate.

High sense of responsibility and self-motivation, able to independently manage tasks and work schedules.
