Overview:

Advanced PCB is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Czar to lead and manage our data quality initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data management, a strong understanding of data standards and regulations, and excellent leadership skills. 


Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement data quality management strategy by creating and executing comprehensive strategies to maintain high data quality across all systems and applications.

· Ensure compliance with data standards and regulations by making sure all systems, applications, and processes adhere to relevant data standards and regulatory requirements.

· Design and support data quality standards and procedures by developing, implementing, and maintaining data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

· Establish and manage data quality metrics by defining and monitoring data quality metrics to track the performance of data systems and processes.

· Collaborate with IT and data teams by working closely with IT and data teams to design and implement effective data strategies, standards, and procedures.

· Resolve data quality issues by identifying and resolving data quality issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

· Maintain documentation by creating and maintaining detailed documentation of data quality standards, procedures, and issues.

· Conduct data quality audits by performing regular data quality audits and reporting findings to relevant stakeholders. 

Requirements

  

Qualifications:


- Proven experience in data quality management or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of data standards, regulations, and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to develop and implement effective data quality strategies.

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Experience with data quality tools and technologies.

- Ability to conduct thorough data quality audits and report on findings.

- Familiarity with data governance principles and practices.


 Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Five or more years’ experience working in an inside sales environment, preferably in the PCB industry.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 10 pounds at times.
