We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Director in Brooklyn Center, MN to provide strategic expertise and consultation in the areas of workforce planning, employee engagement and retention, talent development, coaching, and support of multiple time-bound initiatives throughout the year. You will partner with manufacturing leaders to build strong teams and engage employees, bringing experience and expertise to the table, while closely collaborating with HR Centers of Expertise to drive solutions. You will utilize your HR expertise to develop strong relationships with managers and employees at all levels of the organization through various methods of communication. This role is a direct manufacturing site support role located onsite in our Brooklyn Center, MN facility.
As a key leader in the manufacturing site leadership team, you will balance strategic-level work along with hands-on implementation as well as manage a team of 2 direct reports.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Designs, implements, and executes human resources strategies for the Brooklyn Center, MN manufacturing site(s) and functional groups.
Lead organizational transformation initiatives and partner with the site leadership team to elevate the performance culture.
Advise leaders in the design and implementation of new organization structures to enable improved organizational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Identify and plan for future talent needs. Strengthen and support strategic workforce planning, succession planning and talent readiness.
Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues.
Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management.
Anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs and trends in partnership with business management.
Responsible for and/or serves as a HR liaison in key projects.
Partners with businesses to develop and/or administer human resources initiatives covering several of the following areas: organizational design, development and change, leadership development, talent management, workplace laws and regulations, workforce planning, communications, employee relations and policies/legal requirements.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with 7+ years of managerial experience

Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills
Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or electronic manufacturing industry
Experience in a CoE environment
