With over 100 years in business and more than 50 locations across Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia, we offer stability, growth, and a team-driven culture! </p><p><strong>Compensation:</strong> $14.25 per hour </p><p><strong>Schedule:  </strong>Part time of full time position with shifts between 2PM-11PM</p><p><strong>Benefits: </strong></p><ul><li><p>DailyPay </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Medical, dental, vision, &amp; prescription coverage </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>401K matching </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Paid time off &amp; holidays </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Life &amp; AD&amp;D insurance </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Disability coverage </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>GED reimbursement and employee assistance program. </p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong></p><p>As a <strong>Kitchen Associate</strong> you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives exceptional service by creating a friendly environment, greeting each guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering all components of outstanding guest service. </p><ul><li><p>Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food products. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Prepare menu items according to the company’s recipes ensuring quality and consistency </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Maintain and practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures at all times. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Assist in training team members as needed and become cross-trained in both retail and food service operations where applicable. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>All other duties as assigned. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><ul><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent preferred. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must be at least 18 years of age.  </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to prioritize and organize workload. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Must be able to pass pre-employment background check. </p></li></ul><p></p><p>We proudly operate based on a set of Seven Core Principles that guide our decisions and actions every day.
