About the Company

Satellites Unlimited LLC. (SUI) is looking for a dynamic Full Cycle Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will ensure that recruiting programs are aligned to business priorities to hire world-class talent and build robust talent pipelines. You will develop strong relationships both internally and externally to drive the talent sourcing strategy and act as a recruiter for the business with talent selection best practices.

About the Role

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in sales or high volume recruiting

• Passionate about connecting with people over the phone and video

• Assertive organized and metrics-driven

• A quick learner and detail oriented

Responsibilities

• Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employee referrals

• Develop and implement recruiting, sourcing strategies, and processes to support the hiring and business needs.

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle; from the requisition, to sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and a portion of onboarding.

• Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the quality of the candidates

• Efficiently and effectively fill open positions

• Conduct interviews via video call/phone and assess candidate qualifications to make the hiring decision for specific job roles.

• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates

• Attend targeted recruiting meetings to determine best places to post jobs

• Meet weekly quotas related to fills, ect.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.

• Google Suite experience preferred

• Previous experience working within an ATS

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage several openings
