The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a Production Operator, you will have the opportunity to use your experience and expand it with new ones, based on the most diverse and innovative environment. You will have a real impact on the company's operations through: Operation and supervision of the operation of machines and devices Control of technological process parameters Settlement and reporting of production orders

Your Skills and Expertise 
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Experience in production positions and in operating advanced machinery, experience in the manufacturing process or other advanced technological processes is welcome

• Good knowledge of MS Office

• Lean manufacturing knowledge

• Communication skills and good organization of own work

• Availability of work in shift system

Work location: Onsite Ul. Kwidzyńska Wrocław

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
