Our teams support clients in areas such as strategy, enterprise architecture, technology operating model, governance, cost reduction, M&amp;A, outsourced solutions and large-scale technology transformations.</p><p><strong>Practitioner – Senior Technology Advisory Consultant</strong><br/> We are looking for a Senior Manager or Director to join our Technology Strategy &amp; Transformation team in Malmö.</p><p>You will help our clients to develop the strategies and set the technology that build business value and drive performance. From strategy and target architectures to technology transformations, and design to implementation of our client’s future technology operations, you will bring knowledge and experience to our clients’ most complex challenges. In addition, we would want you to build and lead our local Technology Strategy &amp; Transformation team in Malmö.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>We are looking for</strong></p><ul><li>A business-driven person with previous management consulting experience and genuine passion for technology, staying up to date with technology trends and what’s happening in the market</li><li>Track record in interacting with senior technology leaders in large, global companies and have the ability to have a broad conversations on the most pressing issues on the CIO agenda</li><li>At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in technology strategy, management, operating model, enterprise architecture, technology transformations or equivalent areas</li><li>Master’s degree within a field relevant for technology and IT</li><li>Experience from retail, consumer goods or manufacturing industries is a plus</li><li>Analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment and recommendations</li><li>Team player who enjoys collaboration with clients and colleagues with a strong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries and types of projects</li><li>Excellent written and verbal ability in Swedish and English.
