HPS Insides Sales Specialist

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate quotation and order files.
• Entering customer approved orders in system. Ensuring all necessary information is provided with order
• Verify that Purchase Orders meet NOV Systems, Delivery Terms, Financial Terms and other commercial requirements.
• Working with Sales to create equipment & system proposals - utilizing sales, engineering, and technical support
• Communicate current pricing and deliveries with assigned customers.
• Process and enter all Inbound equipment for repair, sale, teardown or storage
• Advise and discuss customer communications with account representatives.
• Work with sales and field service to schedule preventative maintenance and service with customer
• Communicate with Planning & Scheduling Departments on current and potential orders to maintain order accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with established organizational policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws. 
• Travel as required 
• Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in Sales or Industry related. 
• ESP experience preferred.
