This role ensures that learning solutions are launched effectively, adopted at scale, and embedded into the business. It acts as a strategic partner to learning design, learning solutions, learning engineering, and business teams, ensuring seamless learner access and engagement.<p><br/> </p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead the end-to-end deployment of global learning initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business readiness and alignment.</p></li><li><p>Drive change management and communication strategies to support adoption.</p></li><li><p>Monitor deployment KPIs and continuously improve processes.</p></li><li><p>Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all learner touchpoints.</p></li><li><p>Lead and manage a team of Learning Deployment managers and be role model of accountabilities as described above</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential Requirements:</b></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in global learning deployment or programme rollout</p></li><li><p>Strong project and stakeholder management skills</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with learning platforms and enterprise systems</p></li><li><p>Experience in change management and communication planning</p></li><li><p>Team leadership experience – both formal team management and ability to influence and partner collaboratively in cross functional teams</p></li><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Learning &amp; Development, Communications, or related field</p></li><li><p><span>Languages: Fluent</span> English</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Czech Republic</b></p><p>Accessibility and accommodation</p><p>Novartis is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to all individuals.
