Your solutions will transform Staffbase customers into strategic storytellers and help measure impact of their communications. Work with orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster) to manage complex data workflows.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Enhance &amp; Optimize:</strong> Leverage APIs, vector databases, and prompt engineering to improve system performance and efficiency.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Collaborate &amp; Innovate</strong>: Work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to create user-centric, AI-driven solutions.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Experiment &amp; Learn:</strong> Run experiments, embrace fast failures, and iterate quickly for continuous product improvement.</span></li> <li><span><strong>Mentor &amp; Grow:</strong> Share knowledge, support team growth, and stay ahead of AI trends to drive innovation.</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>What you need to be successful </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>4+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, recommendation systems, RAG, conversational agents or other AI-driven applications</span></li> <li><span>Experience working in a product team in a software development environment</span></li> <li><span>Proven experience leading ML projects, making strategic technical decisions, and mentoring engineers</span></li> <li><span>Experience building and deploying ML models in cloud environments, utilizing containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes</span></li> <li><span>Experience with MLOps best practices, model monitoring, and model versioning</span></li> <li><span>Good to have understanding of data engineering concepts and workflow</span></li> <li><span>Strong product-oriented thinking with a deep understanding of customer needs and domain-specific challenges. </span></li> <li><span>Strong programming in and engineering skills, with the ability to design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems.<br/></span></li> <li><span>Clear, effective communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, actionable solutions for cross-functional teams.</span></li> <li><span>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</span></li> </ul> <p><span><strong>What you'll get </strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Competitive Compensation - we offer attractive salary packages including an Employee Stock Option Plan.</span></li> <li><span>Flexibility - we offer flexible working time models and the option of hybrid work, and support this with a yearly flex work allowance of €1560.</span></li> <li><span>Growth Budget - all employees get a yearly budget for external training of €1000, and one day off for growth per year (increase to two days in 2nd year).</span></li> <li><span>Recharge - with 31 vacation days annually (incl. one floating holiday), plus pro rata fully paid Fridays off during August to enjoy a summer break (Recharge Fridays). </span></li
