Choose to work in the office, connect 100% remote from your home, or find the blend that works best for you.</p> <p> </p>  <strong>What you'll do at Jamf:<br/><br/></strong> <p>The Senior Payroll Analyst delivers timely and accurate end-to-end payroll for Jamf’s growing global population.  This role will adhere to standards for efficient, effective, and compliant payroll operations around the world, including maintaining relationships with vendors to support the work.  As part of the Human Resources team, the Senior Payroll Analyst will assist in overall payroll system functionality including accurate and timely processing of payroll, administration, and serve as an escalation point of contact for payroll related questions.  </p> <p> </p> <p>This role is a 100% remote in Poland. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Poland or have sponsorship to live and work in Poland.</p> <p> </p> <strong>What you can expect to do in this role:</strong>   <ul> <li>Monthly processing of assigned payroll including garnishments, benefits and taxes to employees consistent with country specific regulatory requirements</li> <li>Time administration to include positive (Regular, Overtime, etc.) and negative (Paid Time Off, Volunteer Time Off, etc.) time tracking, </li> <li>Delivery of day-to-day quality service within Payroll for European countries, according to legal and company requirements, with the external payroll provider (ADP Streamline/ADP Celergo) being responsible for most actual calculation, </li> <li>Serve as the primary contact for payroll vendor (ADP Streamline/Celergo) for assigned countries</li> <li>Calculate wages, tax withholdings, company deductions, and garnishments accurately and timely,</li> <li>Coordinate with HR/Benefits Analyst and other HR teammates as needed on absence management (sick leaves, quarantine/isolation, parenthood absences, all types of absences for employees entitled for additional tax deductibles and employees with overtime payments for proper payroll and tax calculation,</li> <li>Processing year-end employee tax statements as required per country, and coordinate timely delivery of the documents to employees,</li> <li>Preparing of request reports on employee pay, commissions and bonuses, PTO, leaves of absence, taxes, withholdings, and other various ad hoc reports.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>What we are looking for:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years experience in processing payroll required</li> <li>Experience with payroll in France, Germany, Sweden, Italy highly preferred</li> <li>Experience with Workday, ADP Streamline or Celergo, or other payroll processing /HRIS systems </li> <li>Effective communication in English required  </li> <li>Proficiency in MS Excel</li> <li>Strong attention to detail,  </li> <li>Strong mathematical skills </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>How we help you reach your best potential:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Named a Best Workplace in Technology, 2022.</li> <li>Named a 100 Best Companies to Work For by Great Place to Work<strong>® </strong>and Fortune Magazine</li> <li>We know that big ideas can come from anyone, so we empower everyone to make an impact.
