What You’ll be Doing:
The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) acts as a bridge between business units, TTEC IT, and technology vendors to ensure technology initiatives directly contribute to achieving business goals. This is a high-profile role for a strategic, relationship-focused professional who understands both business needs and technology capabilities. The BRM is deeply embedded with their business partners— building trust, refining processes, and ensuring technology supports outcomes rather than hinders them. They bring a product mindset: treating tools as evolving assets that must stay compliant, deliver measurable value, and drive continuous improvement.
During a Typical Day, You’ll:
• Serve as the primary liaison between business teams, TTEC IT, and technology vendors, ensuring clarity, accountability, and alignment.
• Communicate frequently and consistently with assigned business units to understand goals, challenges, and technology priorities.
• Translate business opportunities into actionable solutions that integrate smoothly into everyday workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and roadmaps, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews with business leadership. • Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, data privacy, security, and operational requirements.
• Partner with TTEC IT to ensure systems are effectively maintained and evolve to meet changing business needs.
• Identify and champion opportunities where technology can increase efficiency, reduce risk, and support growth.
• Drive adoption and return on investment for technology initiatives, ensuring that business teams feel supported by their tools.
• Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the business and IT, ensuring mutual understanding and shared success
What You Bring to the Role:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in one or more of the following: Project, Program, Product, or Portfolio Management.
• Strong understanding of SaaS systems, vendor management, and technology lifecycle practices.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and maintain productive relationships across teams.
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or risk teams is a plus

The anticipated range is $105,000-115,000. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels.
