Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual to lead our Project Management Office and regional Engineering Process group Lead.

Project Management Office :

• Understand Budget planning and forecasting
• Leading Business Planning of calendar year and Budget Forecasting/planning update for every quarter.
• Coordinate with global Project Management Office.
• Provide reports for tracking of cost and resources and review with all stakeholders.
• Recommend improvements in Budget planning and tracking and implement improvements. 

Engineering Process Group Lead:

• Responsible for Management Processes in the region
• Coordinate with Central Engineering Process Group for rolling out engineering processes in the region.
• Manage ASPICE assessments by working with Customer, Global teams and Project teams.
• Coordinate with local Process Experts to introduce process changes and to drive Process improvements.
• Tracking department metrics for process improvement

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline or Computer Science
• 5+ years’ experience in Automotive industry
• 2+ years’ experience in Project Management & Budgeting

Preferred:

• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• Experience in developing Automotive Products.
• Knowledge of ASPICE or equivalent quality processes
• Experience in Budget planning, estimation and management.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• Excellent team player with skills in interacting with global teams and client
• PMP certification desirable
