Job Description
We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive individual to lead our Project Management Office and regional Engineering Process group Lead.
Project Management Office :
- Understand Budget planning and forecasting
- Leading Business Planning of calendar year and Budget Forecasting/planning update for every quarter.
- Coordinate with global Project Management Office.
- Provide reports for tracking of cost and resources and review with all stakeholders.
- Recommend improvements in Budget planning and tracking and implement improvements.
Engineering Process Group Lead:
- Responsible for Management Processes in the region
- Coordinate with Central Engineering Process Group for rolling out engineering processes in the region.
- Manage ASPICE assessments by working with Customer, Global teams and Project teams.
- Coordinate with local Process Experts to introduce process changes and to drive Process improvements.
- Tracking department metrics for process improvement

Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering discipline or Computer Science
- 5+ years’ experience in Automotive industry
- 2+ years’ experience in Project Management & Budgeting
Preferred:
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Experience in developing Automotive Products.
- Knowledge of ASPICE or equivalent quality processes
- Experience in Budget planning, estimation and management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent team player with skills in interacting with global teams and client
- PMP certification desirable
