In this role, you will focus on automating new services, improving existing solutions, and collaborating with other teams to understand their automation needs. You will play a key part in maintaining and evolving our infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises. </p><p>We are curious problem solvers; we collaborate, communicate, share knowledge and technical ideas, and thrive together. </p><p>  </p><p>We give you autonomy over the solutions you build and offer you the freedom to choose the right tools for the job. </p><p> </p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> </p><p><strong>You will spend time on:</strong> </p><p><strong>Automation:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for new and existing services. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Continuously enhance our automation processes, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Utilize tools like Ansible for configuration management and automation. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Work closely with different teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions that meet their needs. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensuring operational excellence of your services / applications. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborating and sharing knowledge with others across the group. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Exhibiting passion and showing commitment to drive change. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Security:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Implement and manage security best practices using tools like HashiCorp Vault. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ensure all automated solutions and infrastructure deployments comply with security standards. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Version Control and CI/CD:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Utilize Git and GitLab for version control and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Programming:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Write and maintain scripts and tools using Python to support automation and infrastructure management tasks. </p></li></ul><p><strong>We are looking for these skills:</strong> </p><p><strong>Technical Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Strong experience with automation tools, particularly Ansible. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficient in Git and GitLab for version control and CI/CD. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Solid understanding of AWS services, including EKS and EKS Anywhere. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience with Kubernetes, including EKS (Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service) and EKS Anywhere. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience managing on-premises infrastructure. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with Rancher for managing Kubernetes clusters. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault for secrets management. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation tasks. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience working with REST APIs for integration and automation tasks. </p></li></ul><p><strong>Soft Skills:</strong> </p><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and processes. </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Our work language is English, so it is important
