Who We’re Looking For (Position Overview):We are looking for an IT Analyst to support our team at Headquarters Marine Corps to support a wide range of emerging technologies across Marine Corps communications.  Our new team member will support and guide the Marine Corps in learning and presenting new technologies for deployment, and facilitating multiple simultaneous projects across organizations such as NIWC, Marine Corps Systems Command, PEO-Digital, and Headquarters Marine Corps. 

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

• Develop initial drafts of documents, graphics, and presentations based on specific guidance.
• Support Marine Corps IT policy and development related to new initiatives and emerging technologies. These would include Zero Trust Architecture, 5G deployment, Joint/Naval projects, and satellite communications.  
• Research and provide recommended responses to RFIs.
• Make adjudication recommendations with appropriate justification for responses received for current projects.
• Facilitate meetings, administer TEAMS, take notes and complete minutes.
• Project Plans 
• Develop Convergence Plans 
• Risk and Issue analysis diagramed in risk cubes
• Ensure OKR is updated weekly
• Utilize ETMS2 (TMT) to garner CRM for documents
• Manage TEAMS site
• Process Development

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

• Bachelor's degree in an IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of demonstrated experience.
• SECRET Security Clearance
• Familiarization with Marine Corps structure and communications programs
• Ability to turnaround compliant documents in a timely fashion and manage multiple deliverables each week.
• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Ideally, You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

• SECRET Clearance is required.
• Prior Navy or Marine Corps Experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarization with USMC Structure and Organizational roles and responsibilities
• Ability to work onsite at Pentagon as needed.
