The Work:
The O&M Lead will play a pivotal role in planning the events and tasks that need to be accomplished leading up to implementation and working with key stakeholders to identify the responsible parties. Plan and lead the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to improve performance for the business function end to end. Ensure alignment with business requirements including process analysis, design re design and or organization structure definition.
Here is what you need:
- Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Service Management experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience working in one of the following areas: requirements gathering and decomposition, business and/or system and process design, development and/or ticketing system (i.e. JIRA)
- Experience in managing a team who provides application support
- Experience working with Kanban workflow tool and ServiceNow as a ticket tracking system
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role
California: $122,600 - $198,800
Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700
New York City: $141,800 - $198,800
Washington: $130,500 -$182,800
