 OneRail, a rapidly growing leader in final mile logistics, is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Delivery Support to join our team in Orlando, FL. You'll be the quarterback of a 50+ person Delivery Support team, facing daily emergencies and ensuring flawless execution. We Need You as Part of Our Team to: 

• Extinguish Delivery Disaster Fires: Analyze complex data to identify and troubleshoot delivery issues before they spiral. Every minute counts in keeping millions of deliveries on schedule. 

• Lead a SWAT Team of Support Specialists: Build, coach, and empower a team to handle high-volume customer escalations, navigate complex delivery scenarios, and extinguish logistical fires with laser focus. 

• Think Fast on Your Feet: Adapt to rapidly and appropriately to changing priorities and make quick decisions under pressure. This role demands agility and the ability to stay calm in the midst of chaos. 

• Bridge the Gap: Maintain positive relationships with a vast network of external customers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Clear communication and strategic collaboration are vital for navigating complex situations. 

• Be a Metrics Mastermind: Enhance and report on key agent call metrics and delivery SLAs. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize team performance. Every call, email, chat, and delivery counts! 

• Master the Art of Motivational Mixology: You'll manage a team with a blend of hourly and salaried employees, each with unique personalities and motivations. Craft a leadership style that inspires and motivates all to excel, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment. 

You're the Ideal Candidate if: 

• Logistics is Your Battlefield: You have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with 5+ years of supervisory experience in Call Center/Logistics environments. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

• You are a Proven Leader in the Trenches: You have a track record of success in leading teams through logistical nightmares. You're decisive, calm under fire, inspire confidence under pressure, and are willing to work amongst your team. 

• You Consider Yourself a Data Detective and Master Communicator: You can analyze complex data to uncover hidden problems and translate insights into actionable strategies. Clear and concise communication is key to keeping everyone informed in the heat of the moment. 

• Multitasking Marvel is Your Nickname: You can juggle a dozen priorities simultaneously, manage tight deadlines, and troubleshoot problems while maintaining a cool head. 

• You are a Multilingual Maven: While note required, multilingual abilities (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred.
