We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Product Owner to join our team. This individual will be responsible to lead product strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. An emphasis of the role will be to combine our medical products with AI powered functions to add value to our customers

This is a hybrid position which requires working in the Waltham,MA office at least one day per week.

 

Primary Job Responsibilities: 

• Defines and drives product strategy in collaboration with business leaders.
• Manages multiple product backlogs and aligns priorities across cross-functional teams.
• Increases customer value by meaningful utilization of AI.
• Ensures compliance and product quality in an agile yet regulated environment.
• Mentors junior Product Owners and contributes to the evolution of product management practices.
• Uses data analytics and user feedback to refine and improve product performance.

Project Scope & Complexity

• Oversees multiple products or large-scale features, influencing cross-team collaboration and business impact.

Communication & Impact

• Works with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to shape product vision and strategy.

Leadership & Growth

• Leads cross-functional teams and mentors junior Product Owners to enhance product delivery practices.

 

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor or Master in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, MBA preferred. 

Years & Type of Experience: 6-8 years of experience

Key Skills, Knowledge & Capabilities:

• Strategic product planning.
• Leadership in Agile environments
• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Passionate for delivering value by clever usage of AI.
• Experience with regulated products (medical).
• Stakeholder influence and negotiation.

The base salary and target annual incentive for this role located in Massachusetts is between $ 150,000-175,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
