The Rotational Program - Retirement Solutions and Wealth Management participates in a comprehensive rotational program that combines senior leadership interaction and cross-business experience with real life situations and projects. This job works with financial services technology platforms and tools and learns techniques, disciplines and processes to become more familiar with financial services. Each rotation is designed to improve business knowledge and build an overall understanding of the company. This job is assigned a mentor who provides ongoing coaching and feedback.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Gains knowledge across various business functions to help discover which role fits best.
- Develops skills and gains experience to ensure a successful career at TIAA.
- Executes project activities by understanding objectives, meeting time lines and communicating results.
- Assists in preparing information and research materials, including Powerpoint presentations.
- Researches and gathers documentation as directed by colleagues.
- Attends required trainings.
- Shadows multiple office jobs and trains in a variety of function-related tasks.
- Takes notes during meetings and provides to team members
- Utilizes academic knowledge, skills and experience to apply tactics and strategies to solve real business challenges.

- SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63; Series 65; Series 66
- Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers required within 120 Days

The environment is client facing, fast-paced, challenging, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates after obtaining licensing can expect to complete three rotational assignments within key areas of our client facing organizations such as the National Contact Center, Retirement Solutions, and Wealth Management. Associates will build cross-functional proficiency by learning the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver the highest quality results to our customers.
Additional Requirements:
- Participation in TIAA’s Summer Associate Internship Program preferred
- Must have graduated with a Bachelor's degree or higher prior to the program's start date

Anticipated Posting End Date:
2025-05-27Base Pay Range: $30.00/hr - $31.25/hrActual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
