Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Management SCM Senior Consultant with a deep understanding of Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management with experience in Selective Data Transfer and/or Brownfield migrations from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role demands a hands-on implementation a deep understanding of SAP SCM business processes and a proven track record in integrating with SAP FI, CO, SD, and PP modules. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess expertise in developing and delivering training materials ensuring seamless user adoption and proficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of SAP S/4HANA migration and transformation focusing on the Supply Chain Management (SCM) domain, specifically Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management ensuring business continuity and data integrity.
- Work with SCM subject matter experts to understand business requirements and analyze current SAP ECC configuration to identify critical data and processes for Selective Data or Brownfield Migration to SAP S/4HANA.
- Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data integrity and minimizing downtime during the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules related to Supply Chain Management, including but not limited to MM (Materials Management), IM (Inventory Management), and WM (Warehouse Management)/EWM (Extended Warehouse Management).
- Provide expert guidance on best practices in Supply Chain Management processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
- Facilitate user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to support end-users during and after the migration process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management initiatives, ensuring high levels of user engagement and system adoption.
- Provide expert support and guidance during and post-implementation, addressing system queries and optimizing processes for continued improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or related fields.
- Over 7 years of SAP consulting experience with a focus on Materials Management, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Management with at least 3 years focused on SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Selective Data or Brownfield Migration projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices in an SAP environment.
- Comprehensive understanding of SAP Supply Chain Management processes, including Purchasing/Procurement Process, Vendor Master and Material Master Data, Invoice Verification, Valuation of Materials, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Goods Movements, Physical Inventory, Stock Visibility, Batch Management, Warehouse Organization Structure, Picking and Packing, Warehouse Control, Transfer Requirement and Transfer Order
- Demonstrated understanding of integrating SAP SCM with core modules like FI, CO, SD, PP and QM.
- Proven capability in developing and delivering training materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing stakeholder expectations and leading teams effectively.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
