Director - Procurement

• Develop and execute the procurement strategy to support the Company’s growth and profitability objectives
• Develop and implement procurement policies to ensure cost-effective purchasing of all goods and services
• Sourcing
o Work with business leaders to understand spend needs and advise on appropriate approach for sourcing
o Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure comprehensive and clear documentation of requirements and priorities
o Lead sourcing events, including assisting business leaders in identifying vendors to include in the sourcing events
o Lead the execution of sourcing events
• Participate in contract negotiations for new contracts and contract renewals to ensure favorable terms and conditions
• Establish and maintain a framework for contract spend management, including benchmarking existing contracts and establishing tracking to drive on-contract spend
• Assist with managing supplier relationships and supplier performance management to ensure compliance and optimal performance
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor procurement spend and report on procurement activities and cost savings
