Marketing Operations Intern

As a Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals to develop and manage marketing organization processes, technology, budget, and data to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution to the business. You’ll work on real projects, contributing to the design and implementation of solutions that enhance the functionality and usability of our platform for financial institutions globally. What you’ll learn: 

• Be an integral member of the Marketing Operations team in addition to a cross-functional team including Revenue and Field Marketing.  

• Learn and participate in the full marketing operations process with guidance from mentors. 

• Partner and closely support all areas of the leadership team, corporate functions, and lines of business. 

• Liaise between marketing and our strategic partnerships on marketing projects, tools, and systems. 

• Ensure our Sales and Marketing team has accurate and verified target market data across our database and platforms.  

• Gain valuable experience interacting with data tools such as Domo, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LinkedIn Navigator, and Salesforce.  

• Create reports on financial, operational, and marketing data. 

• Optimize newly integrated tools for measuring and understanding the health of the marketing business operations. 

• Build and generate reports that support the operation of the Marketing function. 

• Curate monthly decks and reporting summaries across the product lines and Marketing channels.  

• Seek process improvements, enhancements, and automation to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and contribution to the business.

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a related field. 

• Experience in research and organization of information and/or data analysis.  

• Strong presentation and communication skills.
