PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (GS-11 grade level equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing, planning, executing, presenting Earned Value Management (EVM) data, cost estimates and industrial base assessments and analysis based on shipbuilder provided data for Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP).
