Our Waltham, MA site is looking for someone to join our team as a Production Technician working M-F 11:00 am to 7:30 pm, with occasional overtime.

SCOPE
The Production Technician (PT) will use manual and semi-automated processes to produce the Atlantis abutment and related products.

The PT will be assigned a work center where s/he will learn the basic requirements of the Quality System, all relevant policies and a core curriculum of work instructions. The assigned work-center could be any of the areas described above.
The position will adhere with all stated company polices, rules and procedures relating but not limited to Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) which the role has responsibility.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manufacture products using detailed instructions in full compliance with all FDA regulations and ISO & Quality requirements, in conjunction with all internal policies.
- Interpret customer requirements and document/communicate findings as needed.
- Process customer material and internally produced products in compliance with established quality standards and instructions.
- Interact (extensively) with production software for all aspects of record-keeping, job assignments and material information.
- Participate in Lean process improvement activities including idea generation, root-cause analysis and solution implementation. Responsibilities could include leading Lean manufacturing project teams.
- Maintain the work-center in accordance with established 5S principles.
