Pay: $16

Schedule: Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday

Location: 215 Richland Hills Dr, San Antonio, TX 78245

Job Summary:

Our company is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform upkeep tasks such as repairs and general maintenance. The ideal candidate will have experience in a maintenance role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. 

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues

- Perform minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, replacing light bulbs, and patching walls

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and landscaping

- Collaborate with contractors and other personnel to complete larger maintenance projects

- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role

- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in a relevant field is a plus
