Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Gundersen Health System is looking for a full-time social worker for their adult inpatient medical units. Work with a variety of patient populations and grow your social work skills!

What you will work:  

• .8 FTE = 64 Hours every 2 weeks  

• Monday - Friday, Days 

• One holiday per year

What you will do:  

• Assessment and treatment planning

• Discharge planning

• Provide patient and family education and support 

• Document

What you will need:  

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or in a related field  

• WI Social Worker license  

• 1 year of previous experience in human services or health care
