Luminize - Staff Accountant

📍 Role: Staff Accountant📍 Location: San Diego, CA 92101 (Onsite at Symphony Towers)💰 Compensation Range: $60,000-$75,000/year

We’re shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world’s biggest retail platform. We’re seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to ensure our financial operations run smoothly and accurately. 🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and process invoices in QuickBooks to keep billing accurate and on track
• Handle AP & AR: tie payments to invoices, oversee operations expenses, and manage collections
• Reconcile virtual and physical cards and document all transactions
• Partner across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy

✅ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field) or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years in general accounting (inventory or e-commerce experience a plus!)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable—able to juggle multiple priorities with ease
