This manager-level position provides clinical and operational leadership for Value Realization activities, ensuring clinical workflows, adoption, and metrics are aligned with the Value Realization Framework. The Senior Manager directs teams responsible for workflow analysis, data validation, value measurement, and transformation strategy across multiple healthcare domains.
The role emphasizes people leadership, portfolio accountability, and executive engagement, ensuring Oracle Health delivers measurable improvements in productivity, adoption, safety, and Veteran outcomes across the Federal EHR program.

Responsibilities:
Leadership & People Management
•    Manage and mentor Senior Clinical Informaticists and other contributors, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
•    Foster collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous improvement across the Value Realization team.
•    Guide teams in applying informatics expertise to evaluate workflows, adoption trends, and improvement opportunities.
Value Realization Strategy & Execution
•    Lead execution of the Value Realization Framework across clinical domains, ensuring alignment with VA strategic goals and deployment timelines.
•    Collaborate on the design and validation of reports and dashboards to monitor adoption, productivity, safety, and quality outcomes.
•    Identify, develop, and communicate success narratives demonstrating measurable value to VA stakeholders.
•    Proactively assess workflow risks that impact key metrics and performance outcomes, implementing mitigation strategies.
Portfolio & Stakeholder Engagement
•    Represent Value Realization as a clinical leader in VA and Oracle cross-functional engagements.
•    Partner with stakeholders to deliver insights into adoption progress, barriers, and opportunities for optimization.
•    Align the clinical informatics portfolio with broader Oracle Health reporting, analytics, and modernization efforts.
•    Ensure delivery excellence and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, outcomes-driven delivery.
Operational Accountability
•    Accountable for operational and financial metrics of the clinical informatics Value Realization portfolio.
•    Ensure best practices, operational policies, and continuous process improvements are applied across the team.
•    Contribute to OHGS’s broader goals, including reporting modernization, optimization project plans, and contract deliverables.

 

Qualifications
•    8+ years of healthcare and consulting experience, including 4+ years in clinical informatics/consulting and 2+ years in leadership/project management.
•    Advanced clinical, informatics, or healthcare operations background strongly preferred (RN, MD, PharmD, or equivalent experience).
•    Proven ability to lead and develop teams, mobilize cross-functional stakeholders, and deliver measurable adoption outcomes.
•    Strong knowledge of clinical workflows, EHR adoption, and performance improvement strategies.
•    Experience in key metric development, workflow risk analysis, and dashboard/report validation.
•    Excellent executive communication and leadership skills with ability to influence across organizational levels.
•    Ability to travel as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $116,500 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
