Outside Fuel Sales Representative - Colorado Springs, CO

Description

• Achieve sales quotas by creating new, profitable sales volume for the company through a focused expansion of the customer base.
• Prospect for new leads in your territory.
• Service existing clients.
• Effectively demonstrate product line.
• Update our Customer Relationship Management software with accurate, timely information.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 annually (paid bi-weekly).
• Commission: Commission begins once you reach your initial goal of 75,000 gallons per month for two consecutive months. Commission is based on gallons and collection rate.
• Other Perks: Company car and company paid fuel.
• PTO: Accrue 12 Days of paid time off annually (includes vacation, sick, and personal time). Is prorated based on start date. Increases to 17 days after 7 years of employment.
• Paid Holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Requirements

• Professional sales appearance, presentation, and behaviors
• Available for regular travel by car in the designated territory
• Excellent written and verbal skills in business
• Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
