Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient

The Pharmacy Technician - Inpatient at Westfields Hospital & Clinic provides technical support to the pharmacy department, under the direction of a registered pharmacist, to ensure the effective and efficient deliverance of pharmaceutical services.

Work Schedule:

• .8 FTE/32 hours weekly. 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday with every 3rd weekend 8a-noon

Required Qualifications:

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Minimum of 1 year recent Pharmacy Technician experience required.
• Registered technician in Wisconsin.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills required. 
• Candidate must be able to communicate proficiently and accurately with all levels of professional care givers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved pharmacy technician program and National Pharmacy Technician Certification strongly preferred. 
• Experience in EPIC computer system.
