Raytheon’s Program & Infrastructure Digital Technology team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst for Special Projects, reporting to the Associate Director of Strategic Business Operations Business Excellence team. This role is pivotal in managing initiatives that support key organizational rollouts, communication and presentations, as well as analysis and reporting. The projects you will be involved in will be strategic, varying in size, duration, and scope.
In this role, you will leverage your exceptional problem-solving abilities, organizational acumen, and business insight to address unique and high-priority challenges across Digital Technology (DT) to meet business needs and objectives. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, self-motivated professional with experience with projects and supporting senior leadership.

 

What will you do:

  • Manage Digital Leadership operating rhythm to include coordination of activities and programs and ensuring timely completion of scheduled tasks
  • Leading and managing special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
  • Communicating with stakeholders, including sponsors, team members, and other departments, to ensure their needs and expectations are met
  • Supports across multiple geographic areas and programs

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • Experience with Executive Communication
  • Experience with Process Improvement and/or Project Management
  • Experience with MS office products

Qualifications we Prefer

  • Exhibit strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Experience effectively presenting complex information clearly and at the right altitude level for the audience; appropriately handles sensitive content
  • The ability to work with a team, as well as independently.
  • Experience overseeing budgets
  • Knowledge and understanding of working with and supporting Director level and above executives in the daily operation of leading a technical functional department and high-level administrative management of department initiatives, hiring efforts and projects.
